Coach Kelly Riley™

I am so happy I joined the Saturday reset. I’m a business owner, content creator and mom of two, so life gets extremely hectic and I needed to create space to recharge and reset. This was JUST what I needed. I feel connected, grounded and present with me which in turn allows me to show up even better in life. Thank you so much Kelly for creating a space where we can ground, have that conversation with self, learn from others, and reset! I’ll be back next week.

Kelly has literally changed my life. Not only has she coached me through a major career and life transition, but she has also been a support system for those changes. I have learned so much from her and she "course corrects" when I drift away from my key goals. She also keeps me on track to achieve those goals, through detailed notes about tasks for the upcoming week...to hold me accountable to myself. It's fairly easy for me to get distracted as I travel across North America, but she reminds me of the path I chose and the things I wanted to achieve.

Great experience with Kelly. I felt comfortable to speak as I visualized what I was seeing while I shared my personal and professional experiences from a very private frequency. Thank you Kelly for being there through this momentum for me and I look forward to our next session.

That was a game changer ! I was feeling so doubtful about starting my business and she asked such a good question! She asked where is that pressure coming from ? And it seems so silly I am putting this much pressure on me ! She helped gain clarity on next steps and I’m excited ! I was in a very fear based state of mind and now I feel like I can take on the world 🌎

Loved meeting with Coach Kelly! She asked great questions that helped me dig deeper. The session ended with a couple of concrete things to do to move toward my personal and professional goals. Kelly is wonderful! Highly recommend.

I found Kelly to be a generous, encouraging, and highly intuitive coach who asked thoughtful questions and had a keen ability to zero in on the key issues that were keeping me stuck. I am very grateful for the motivating advice that I received. Kelly is a pleasure to work with and someone who I would highly recommend! Lisa-Scarlett Cruji, Victoria, B.C., Canada

Kelly has proven to be a huge asset to me. She is insightful and has an ability to see and articulate things that I have been unable to. She offered me wonderful insight and perspective. Kelly is extremely easy to talk to and open up with. I always feel safe and supported with her. To be completely honest she kind of flipped my world upside down and unlocked something I have been struggling with since childhood. She released me from these chains that had been keeping me restrained for decades. I cannot speak highly enough about her and my experience.

Kelly is wonderful! Being that I am not very comfortable with talking openly about myself, she made me feel at ease and I was able to have the space to share and receive confirmation regarding my next steps.

Coach Kelly is a bright light in the coaching world. She is wise, easygoing, and down to earth. She creates a warm, safe, and vibrant space for discovery, growth, and change. Kelly has a way of sparking fresh ideas and insights about my business (and my life!). She is great at uncovering limiting beliefs. She helped me reimagine my business with a fresh perspective. After working with Kelly I feel more clarity and confidence about my business and my life! Thank you so much! -Liz
