The Saturday Reset is your weekly space to drop the week, breathe it out, and take your energy back.
Most of us carry stress, noise, and mental clutter from the week straight into the weekend. This space is designed to help you let that go and step into the next week lighter, calmer, and clearer.
Each week we’ll gather live for:

to release stress stored in the body
Spicy Meditations
to cut through the noise and reconnect to yourself
Live Coaching
and reflection practices to bring clarity forward

each week has its own flow and surprises from guest hosts offering workshops, yoga, fitness and more!
Breathwork is always the anchor, but no two Saturdays are exactly the same. Some weeks we’ll dive into themes, some weeks will have laser coaching, and some will feature guest practices.

This is a monthly subscription.
Each session is $11 to enter but feel free to tip the hosts if you feel so inclined.
It’s accessible, intentional, and designed so anyone who needs this reset can join.

FAQ
What if I miss a session?
Each Reset is a live experience. If you miss a session, that week is forfeited and cannot be carried forward. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
How do payments work?
You can join Pay What You Can with a minimum of $11 weekly, or $44 monthly. Payments are handled through Pensight.
How do I join the group?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will get a link to the private Chatter group where the Reset happens. Your access depends on your payment type (weekly or monthly).
Can I tip the hosts or guest hosts?
Yes. Tipping is always welcome, and links to Venmo or other apps will be shared inside the group so you can support the hosts directly.
